Blaze of Empires User Agreement

Welcome to Blaze of Empires! This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Blaze of Empires, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties or applications.

By accessing or using Blaze of Empires, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use Blaze of Empires.

1. Account Registration and Use

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Blaze of Empires. By accessing or using the game, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent and warrant that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to access and use Blaze of Empires.

1.2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3. User Conduct: You agree to use Blaze of Empires in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with this Agreement. You will not engage in any conduct that could harm Blaze of Empires or its users.

2. Virtual Goods and Currency

2.1. Virtual Goods: Blaze of Empires may offer virtual goods, such as in-game currency, items, or enhancements aesthetics skins. Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold, and you have no ownership rights in Virtual Goods.

2.2. Currency: Blaze of Empires may include virtual currency, such as coins or diamonts. Currency is intended for use exclusively within Blaze of Empires and has no monetary value outside the game.

3. User Content

3.1. User Content: Blaze of Empires may allow you to create, upload, or transmit content, such as text or maps builded. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting User Content to Blaze of Empires, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content.

3.2. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: Blaze of Empires and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by or licensed to us. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you are not granted any rights or licenses with respect to Blaze of Empires or its content.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to Blaze of Empires at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.

5.2. Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use Blaze of Empires and deleting your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. Blaze of Empires is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Blaze of Empires.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to this Agreement

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
